The UNIVERSAL family represents the latest generation CMM . Ideal for both traditional point-to-point measurements and for the most advanced contact and laser scanning cycles. The exceptional structural rigidity of the UNIVERSAL series makes it particularly suitable for the use of 5-axis scanning systems and for measuring gears and cogwheels.
The features are specifically designed to reduce the number of parts, simplify construction and reduce maintenance costs and times.
The COORD3 UNIVERSAL series integrates, for the first time on the market, the automatic thermal compensation system with wireless technology. The fully automatic system dynamically corrects errors induced by environmental temperature variations in the temperature range 16-26 ° C. Furthermore, the use of high resolution optical lines (0.1 µm) released from the support, avoid distortions induced by deformations of the main structure.
To allow installation of a CMM with high dynamic performance in production environments, the UNIVERSAL series can be equipped with an environmental monitoring system .
CMM BRIDGE | ARES
HIGH PERFORMANCE FOR DIMENSIONAL CONTROL FOR METROLOGY APPLICATIONS IN DIFFERENT AREAS.
The ARES are characterized by an overall height contained less than the majority of the CMM on the market, and are also available with a lowered section support to reduce the overall height of an additional 100 mm.
This feature makes Ares the ideal solution for control laboratories with low ceilings.
ARES CMMs can be supplied with manual or CNC configuration, with the option to upgrade a manual unit to a full CNC version at a later date.
Two levels of performance are available :
ARES: for standard applications
ARES NT: for performance with higher requirements. ARES NT has the Z-axis column in silicon carbide which increases the overall rigidity of the measuring platform. This unique CMM system for high precision metrology applications uses the full range of Renishaw scanning technologies.
ARES is available in versions with bridge widths of 500 mm and 700 mm and undoubtedly stands out as the ideal CMM for workshops.

ECONOMICAL HIGH PERFORMANCE CMM FOR HIGH PRECISION CONTROL OF SMALL AND MEDIUM PARTS.
The open structure of the BENCHMARK guarantees excellent ergonomics. Its compact size adapts to quality control rooms or production environments.
The BENCHMARK complete with air bearings guarantees an accuracy of 2.5 microns. Standard equipment includes a standard Renishaw touch probe , and can be supplied with a motorized probe head for fully automated control applications.
BENCHMARK is available in two manual or CNC configurations. Manual machines can be upgraded to the full CNC version later on site, offering the possibility of a two-phase investment.
BENCHMARK is the ideal CMM for small workshops .
CMM BRIDGE | KRONOS
CMM BRIDGE FOR MEASURING LARGE MECHANICAL PARTS WITHOUT THE NEED FOR DEDICATED FOUNDATIONS.
The robust structure and the complete system of protection of the structure by means of guards and bellows, allow the KRONOS series to be able to operate in different types of production environments, from the Metrology Room to the production environments.
This CMM is equipped with a portable lever unit for manual control of motorized movement (Arkey).
The KRONOS series is also available in the NT version , equipped with the innovative Silicon Carbide mandrel for even greater metrological performance.

The SWAN SI series offers a technically advanced and cost-efficient solution for dimensional control of components with thin sheet or plastic walls typical of the automotive industry.
The CMM SWAN SI feature air bearings on the X axis which is the Z axis which guarantee a result, high-performance and high precision. The X-axis guide is located on the side of the cast iron or granite support plane.
The light and robust mobile carriage built entirely in light aluminum alloy and the sliding system with double mechanical guide with recirculating ball slides on the X longitudinal member guarantee reliability, precision and speed of measurement.
The SWAN SI can be installed on a pneumatic vibration isolation system for use in production environments, without the need for a dedicated foundation for the machine.

The SWAN L series by CMM with horizontal arm installed on guides (tracks) allows the machine to be installed flush with the factory floor.

The Jupiter CMM is a reliable high performance CMM for direct use in production developed specifically for the control applications of the bodies and sub-assemblies.
JUPITER is designed on the track and is available in single or double arm configurations. It is fully encapsulated to ensure thermal insulation from environmental changes and includes protection from workshop floor contamination.
The built-in open structure, the walkable guards that protect the X sliding and the fully faired structure guarantee maximum accessibility to the measurement area and simplify loading / unloading operations, as well as allowing use directly in production areas.
High dynamics and superior precision distinguish this CMM which can be installed flush with the floor of the factory and is equipped with coverings for the standard foot traffic guides.
Air bearings for both the Y axis and the Z axis are the key elements for a high performance measuring solution. In the double arm configuration, the measurement volumes of the two horizontal arms overlap by 100 mm to allow complete measurements of the entire structure.
